One Hour Reiki Session – Stroud

A full one-hour Reiki session in Stroud, offered in-person at the Old Convent in Gloucestershire.

This is a traditional Reiki treatment, carried out in a quiet, private setting. You’ll have the space to step away from the day and simply rest while the session takes place.

What to expect

Hands-on Reiki treatment
Reiki is given through light, non-intrusive touch, with hands placed in a series of positions. You remain fully clothed throughout the session.

A traditional approach
This is a straightforward Reiki treatment, following the principles of Usui Shiki Ryoho. It’s approached with care and respect for the practice itself, with the focus on allowing the body and mind to settle naturally. Sessions are carried out by a qualified Reiki Master.

One full hour dedicated to you
Each session lasts a full hour, giving you time to properly switch off and receive the treatment without feeling rushed.
