Thank you for choosing Reiki by Giulia for your holistic healing, spiritual needs, and bespoke products. We strive to provide exceptional service and quality to our clients. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a session.

Reiki Sessions

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for booked Reiki sessions are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the original appointment at no additional charge.

  • No-shows: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Gift Cards

  • Refund Policy: Gift cards are non-refundable but fully transferable. They can be transferred to another individual before redemption.

  • Expiration: Gift cards are valid for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed or extended.

Physical Products (In-Stock Items Shipped Directly by Reiki by Giulia)

For physical goods stocked and fulfilled directly by us (e.g., spiritual items, gifts, tools):

  • Returns: Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If an in-stock item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photograph of the issue, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Apparel & Custom Printed Products (Print-on-Demand)

Our T-shirts and merchandise are professionally printed to order by our manufacturing partner (Printful). Because each piece is custom-crafted when ordered, different rules apply:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If a print-on-demand product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs of the fault and your order details.

  • Sizing & Change of Mind: Because products are printed custom-to-order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the incorrect size. Please consult the size charts provided on product pages carefully before ordering.
