Reiki Sessions:

Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds for booked Reiki sessions are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

Rescheduling:
- Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the original appointment at no additional charge.

No-shows:
- If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
Gift Cards:

Refund Policy:
- Gift cards are non-refundable but transferable. They can be transferred to another individual before redemption.

Expiration:
- Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed or extended.
Spiritual Items and Gifts:

Returns:
- Items purchased from our spiritual items and gifts collection can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Refunds for returned items will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
