Thank you for choosing Reiki by Giulia. By using our website (stroudreiki.com), purchasing our physical products, or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or booking services.

1. Booking Reiki Sessions & Health Disclaimer

  • 1.1 Complementary Practice Disclaimer: Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energetic technique designed to support relaxation and natural stress reduction. Reiki is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or perform medical treatments. Clients should always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical conditions.

  • 1.2 Scheduling: Reiki sessions can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • 1.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • 1.4 No-show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit the full session fee.

2. Packages, Bundling & Discounted Session Series

  • 2.1 Online Single-Transaction Requirement: Package discounts (including the Sankai Bundle and Gokai Bundle) are applied automatically when the required number of sessions (3 or 5) are added to the cart and booked together in a single online transaction.

  • 2.2 Location: Package rates and bookings are strictly valid for in-person appointments at the Old Convent, Stroud.

  • 2.3 Rescheduling Individual Package Sessions: You are welcome to reschedule any individual appointment within your booked package free of charge, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to that specific session time.

  • 2.4 Non-Refundable Post-Commencement: Due to the discounted nature of these multi-session packages, refunds cannot be issued once the first session of your series has taken place.

  • 2.5 Discount Codes: Promotional code discounts cannot be combined with automatic package bundle discounts unless explicitly stated.

3. Purchasing Physical Products & Merchandise

  • 3.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images for all physical items, spiritual tools, and apparel. Colors and print alignment on physical items may vary slightly from digital mockups.

  • 3.2 In-Stock Physical Products: Physical goods stocked and shipped directly by Reiki by Giulia are subject to a 14-day return window for unused items in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • 3.3 Apparel & Print-on-Demand Products: Custom clothing and apparel are custom-printed to order via our fulfillment partner (Printful). Because these items are custom-made upon order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size.

  • 3.4 Returns & Refunds Policy: For full details on returns, damaged goods, and replacements across all product types, please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy.

4. General Use of the Website

  • 4.1 Account Registration: Some features of the website may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
