Thank you for visiting and shopping at Reiki by Giulia. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy for physical goods and apparel.

1. Processing & Delivery Times

Because our apparel and custom merchandise are professionally printed to order (Print-on-Demand), orders go through a brief fulfillment period before being dispatched.

  • Fulfillment Time: Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be custom printed and prepared for shipping.

  • Estimated UK Delivery: Once dispatched, estimated delivery to the United Kingdom is 6–12 business days.

  • Estimated International Delivery: International shipping times vary by location, typically taking 10–20 business days.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by courier services and are not guaranteed dates.

2. Shipping Rates & Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Digital Bookings & Services: Reiki session bookings, packages, and digital gift cards do not incur any shipping charges.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the courier’s portal.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Reiki by Giulia is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the buyer will be responsible for any additional postage costs required to resend the package once it is returned to our fulfillment facility.
